Service Operations Distribution Specialist

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Service Operations Distribution Specialist (Job ID 18202) in New York. The role delivers accurate, timely and secure distribution of payroll materials in a high-volume payroll environment, managing end-to-end printing, packaging and preparation of payrolls for the organization's clients while meeting quality, timeline and compliance standards. Pay is $15.00-$20.00 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare payroll packages according to client counts, including registers, departmental reports, worksheets, liability reports, checks, vouchers and other documents.
• Operate office and production equipment such as mailing systems, shipping PCs, printers and sealers.
• Inspect printed payroll checks, perform quality checks, sort and package them for secure pickup or delivery.
• Post daily mail and overnight shipping labels and complete package confirmations, logs and checklists.
• Follow security, confidentiality and audit protocols, and escalate discrepancies to prevent missing, incorrect or delayed output.
• Stage and replenish packaging supplies, load and unload paper stock, and run daily processing and printing tasks across multiple platforms.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance and attend webinars and training.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred, or equivalent combination of experience, skills or education.
• One or more years of experience with cloud-based printing solutions preferred.
• One or more years of experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other applications.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of shipping and logistics vendors (FedEx, UPS, other couriers).
• Excellent communication, time management and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to perform varied print room assignments and learn new machinery and processes.
