Jaguar Land Rover Columbia is seeking a highly driven Service Director to lead its luxury automotive service department. This senior position blends hospitality, operational excellence, and team leadership to deliver world‑class client experiences that reflect the Jaguar Land Rover brand.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless, luxury‑level ownership experience aligned with JLR Customer First standards.
• Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and transparency.
• Maintain exceptional CSI scores and online reputation metrics.
• Lead all service department operations, including workflow management, technician productivity, dispatching, and quality control.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as gross profit, effective labor rate, technician efficiency, warranty performance, and repair order performance.
• Ensure compliance with Jaguar Land Rover operational and warranty standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing service team while fostering a culture of accountability.
