Service Desk Staff – Courts Plus (Part-Time)

About the role

The Elmhurst Park District is seeking a part‑time Service Desk Staff member to support the Courts Plus facility. You will work year‑round providing front‑desk assistance, handling member transactions, and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in members and issue facility access.
• Process membership transactions, reservations, purchases, and program registrations.
• Promote and sell additional services and products.
• Assist colleagues by covering open shifts as needed.
• Conduct facility tours for guests.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of customer‑service experience.
• Familiarity with computer word‑processing and spreadsheet applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word‑processing software.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software.
