Server – Fine Dining at Four Seasons New Orleans

About the role

We are seeking a Server to join the Miss River Restaurant by Alon Shaya at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience to guests in a luxury setting, with flexible scheduling to cover mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to guide guests.
• Operate the MICROS point‑of‑sale system to process orders and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high‑quality service.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine‑dining environments.
• Work authorization to be employed in the United States.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred knowledge of the MICROS POS system.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
