Server Assistant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Server Assistant to support its Food & Beverage team. In this position you will work closely with servers to ensure guests receive their meals promptly and enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware in an unobtrusive manner.
• Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards and respond promptly to their requests.
• Anticipate guest needs, check satisfaction, and address concerns quickly.
• Stock linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
• Prepare small items such as toast, soup, or beverages as needed.
• Break down, clean, and set up buffets and food stations.
• Collaborate professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Knowledge of MICROS POS system (preferred).
• Previous Food & Beverage experience (preferred).
• General knowledge of food and drink menus.
• RSV permit and ServSafe certification required.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Required skills

• MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
• ServSafe certification.
