Host/Hostess – Miss River Team

About the role

The Miss River team at Four Seasons New Orleans is seeking a Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for restaurant guests. This role designs memorable first impressions and delivers exceptional service throughout the dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book, and recommend optimal table setups.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining sections and set tables correctly before opening.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a food & beverage outlet; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
• Strong communication skills.
