SEO / Paid Ads / Web Design Specialist

About the role

ATP Development & Construction is seeking a versatile digital marketing professional to own paid advertising, SEO, and web presence. This full‑time remote position will directly generate leads for a fast‑growing construction firm serving homeowners across Greater Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, LSA) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
• Write ad copy, test creative strategies, and monitor daily performance metrics.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports covering CPL, CTR, ROAS, and ad spend efficiency.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on‑page SEO using HubSpot SEO tools and Screaming Frog.
• Resolve technical SEO issues and maintain Google Search Console health.
• Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot, update website content, and ensure mobile‑friendly design.
• Support blog publishing workflow to build topical authority.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to reduce CPL and improve conversion rates.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and at least one SEO audit tool.
• Experience building or editing pages in HubSpot.
• Strong written English communication and ability to work independently.
