Social Media & Content Assistant (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Content Assistant to support our founder’s personal brand and influencer collaborations. This part‑time remote contract role (10 hours per week) will help shape and maintain a consistent, high‑impact online presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Write on‑brand copy and captions for Instagram and LinkedIn, reflecting the founder’s tone.
• Create graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Edit raw footage into short‑form videos optimized for each platform.
• Repurpose long‑form content and founder emails into professional LinkedIn posts.
• Maintain and schedule the monthly content calendar, ensuring timely publishing.
• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize content.
• Research and manage outreach for speaking opportunities, partnerships and events.
• Support event preparation with branded speaker decks and social assets.

Required profile

• Experience with personal branding or influencer collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a flexible schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and a “human‑voiced” writing style.

Required skills
