SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead the development and execution of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) programs for enterprise clients. You will work closely with the SEO Director, manage client relationships, and supervise a team of SEO Associates.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage integrated SEO and GEO strategies to boost visibility on traditional search engines and AI‑powered discovery platforms.
• Build SEO workflows and project‑management processes to ensure timely delivery of all SEO assets.
• Conduct technical site audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization and robots directives.
• Oversee on‑page optimization of priority pages for search demand, consumer intent and AI answer‑readiness.
• Perform keyword, prompt and content‑gap analysis to uncover new content opportunities that rank organically and appear in AI responses.
• Produce monthly and quarterly SEO/GEO performance reports, translating data into actionable insights.
• Maintain strong client and technology‑partner relationships, communicating complex SEO/GEO concepts clearly.
• Lead junior SEO team members, fostering productivity, satisfaction and professional growth.
• Research emerging trends, tools and platform changes across SEO, GEO and AI search.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools and LLM visibility platforms (Profound, Bluefish, Scrunch) to automate workflows and monitor brand presence.
