Senior UI/UX Designer

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
- Work with business analysts, product managers and tech teams to lead product design and maintain quality of the design process.
- Ensure designs translated into code accurately reflect design specifications.
- Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
- Contribute to sketching sessions with non‑designers, create and maintain UI deliverables such as sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Make data‑driven design decisions by identifying assumptions, testing each sprint and planning moderated usability test sessions.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer.
- Experience in an agile environment, preferably two‑week sprints.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
