Product Designer – Technology Solutions

About the role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Technology Solutions team, driving end‑to‑end product design from discovery through developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and tech teams to lead the product design process and maintain design quality.
- Estimate design tickets during planning sessions and ensure designs are accurately translated into code.
- Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables such as sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Plan and conduct moderated usability tests to validate data‑driven design decisions each sprint.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer.
- Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
- Ability to collaborate in sketching sessions with non‑designers.
