Senior Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Tech Hiring

About the role

Beast Industries is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, data science, machine learning, product and technical operations roles in its San Francisco office. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition and Technology, you will partner with hiring managers and senior technical leaders to translate ambitious roadmaps into high‑impact hires.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior‑level technical positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and technical leads to define role requirements and design rigorous interview processes.
• Proactively source candidates in unconventional places such as GitHub, open‑source projects, hackathon networks and niche technical communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for roles that demand both deep technical expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, creative environment.
• Provide market intelligence and honest feedback to hiring teams, helping them make swift, data‑driven hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, ML or product roles.
• Comfort operating in a high‑growth, non‑traditional tech environment.
• Strong partnership skills with engineering and product leadership.
• Ability to translate technical roadmaps into hiring strategies.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub and other technical communities.
• Design and execution of structured interview processes assessing technical depth and judgment.
