Senior Technical Project Manager - Nutrition (TAG)

About the role

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Innovation & Renovation projects for the Nutrition category. The role focuses on delivering new products and improvements while ensuring flawless execution from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Apply project management tools and methodologies to drive on‑time, on‑budget project delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the stage‑gate process, defining scope, objectives and critical path.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, generate status reports and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate project meetings, kick‑offs, risk assessments and post‑launch reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements for the I&R framework.
• Ensure compliance with critical metrics and documentation standards.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree (minimum).
• 5+ years of cross‑functional experience in engineering, operations, R&D, marketing or similar, with 1‑3 years of project management.
• Experience with stage‑gate methodology and CPG environment preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Experience applying stage‑gate methodology.
