Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with Operations and HR leaders and shape how we attract, engage, and hire talent for a leading beverage‑alcohol organization. This role blends high‑level strategy with hands‑on sourcing to build proactive pipelines for critical operations positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and HR leaders to translate business needs into talent strategies.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring, hard‑to‑fill operations and leadership roles.
• Provide market insights and recruiting data to influence hiring decisions.
• Design and execute creative sourcing approaches, including events, referrals, and competitive mapping.
• Elevate the hiring experience through strong intake, candidate engagement, and hiring‑manager partnership.
• Create and implement a company recruiting plan and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Develop relationships with universities, partner organizations, and community resources.
• Ensure adherence to recruiting and hiring processes and maintain clear communication throughout interviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in operations, distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting (preferred).
