Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting to join our dynamic Advisor Growth team. This role is pivotal to attracting top‑tier financial advisors to Savvy Wealth and will report directly to the SGA Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential financial advisors.
• Research and analyze target companies and industries to understand their needs and challenges.
• Initiate contact with financial advisors through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads by conducting discovery conversations to uncover pain points and requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of lead interactions and account information in the CRM system.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitive talent landscapes.
• Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies and initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the financial sector or recruiting revenue‑producing candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Highly motivated and resilient, consistently achieving hiring targets.
• Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone‑based communication.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GSuite.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage startup environment.
