Senior / Staff Product Manager, Fraud

About the role

Radar is looking for a Senior / Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of Radar Protect, its geo‑compliance and fraud detection solution. The role is based in the NYC headquarters and focuses on building a category‑defining product at the intersection of location, identity, risk, compliance, and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Radar Protect, driving customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers to understand fraud workflows and translate insights into product features.
• Lead a full‑stack product team across backend, frontend, mobile/web SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, and desktop apps.
• Write product specs, documentation, and launch plans; run sprint planning and QA.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to shape the market category.

Required profile

• Experience in anti‑fraud, risk, identity, trust & safety, compliance, payments, fintech, gaming, marketplaces, or developer platforms.
• Track record of owning technical products that include SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, data pipelines, or real‑time decisioning systems.
• Founder‑level ownership mindset or prior founder experience.
