Senior Staff Lawyer (Personal Injury)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Lawyer to join our Personal Injury team remotely. This senior‑level position requires independent case ownership, extensive knowledge of U.S. personal injury law, and the ability to manage complex responsibilities with limited supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through pre‑litigation and litigation stages, maintaining client communication and case documentation.
• Coordinate insurance claims, medical records, and treatment referrals, and support attorneys with demand packages, settlement preparation, and litigation support.

Required profile

• Law degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of hands‑on personal injury experience, including pre‑litigation work.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently while following firm procedures.

Required skills

• Experience with Filevine or comparable legal case management software.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents such as complaints, discovery responses, motions, and letters of representation.
