Senior Software Engineer I – Healthcare Data Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer I to serve as the technical anchor of a cross‑functional engineering squad building the next‑generation healthcare data platform. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor peers and deliver scalable Java, React and Python solutions that improve data quality and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own design direction and ensure quality, security and performance across Java Spring Boot services, React front‑ends and Python data‑processing pipelines.
• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications, write clean code and lead code reviews.
• Drive backlog refinement, estimation and release readiness while resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with product, QA and partner squads to deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Build and support data‑delivery pipelines that transmit accurate data to downstream clients.
• Leverage AI‑accelerated development tools such as GitHub Copilot to increase velocity and quality.
