About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Government vertical in Tampa, FL. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, delivering actionable intelligence from complex datasets and supporting law‑enforcement and government partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous analysis of relevant data sources to investigate, interpret, and produce actionable intelligence.
• Respond with agility to evolving priorities, managing and prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and deliver high‑impact, professional solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Apply a deep understanding of customers' objectives, challenges, and risks to design optimal solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning and future solution development.
• Make empowered, timely decisions based on available data, situational context, and customer requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of internal and external data sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Required profile

• Documented experience working in multidisciplinary operational, analytical, or intelligence teams.
• Preferably background in law‑enforcement, military, or federal government environments.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication abilities.
• Ability to clearly convey analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel periodically (up to 25% of time).
