About the role

The Senior Software Engineer – Azure & Internal Business Applications will design, build, modernize, and support internal business applications on Microsoft Azure. Working closely with business teams, analysts, junior developers, and fusion development partners, you will turn prototypes and early‑stage tools into secure, scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications using Azure services and modern full‑stack practices.
• Own solution architecture from concept through deployment, covering data flow, integration patterns, security, and long‑term supportability.
• Build front‑end experiences with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, reusable components, and API‑driven patterns.
• Develop back‑end services, REST APIs, serverless functions, and cloud‑native components using Azure‑native services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and citizen developers to evaluate, refactor, harden, and scale early‑stage tools into reliable enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, guide architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering capability with hands‑on Azure cloud development experience.
• Disciplined source‑control and release‑management practices.
• Ability to maintain coding standards across internal and external contributors.
• Comfort operating in a business‑facing environment that blends development, workflow redesign, automation, and AI enablement.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring.
