Gupta Media is seeking a Senior Social Media Strategist to lead social and influencer strategies that connect brands with audiences, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results. The role sits at the intersection of creativity, culture, and business, working closely with paid media, creative, and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead organic social media, content, and influencer strategies based on audience insights, platform trends, and performance data.
• Act as a trusted client partner, leading planning discussions, presenting recommendations, and identifying growth opportunities across social channels.
• Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to deliver integrated social campaigns.
• Own influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement and reporting.
• Mentor Social Media Managers to elevate strategic thinking and execution across accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of agency or marketing experience focused on organic social media.
• Strong portfolio of successful multi‑platform campaigns that build awareness, engage customers, and drive conversions.
• Excellent communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic insights.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
