Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Luminos Fund, an international nonprofit focused on education for vulnerable children, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to expand its online reach and grow its individual giving program. This full‑time position will work closely with Development and Communications teams to turn digital engagement into measurable support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch an online individual giving strategy, including donor acquisition, conversion, stewardship, and recurring‑giving programs.
• Manage social media channels, create content calendars, publish posts, engage the community, and track performance.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp, build audience segments, run A/B tests, and coordinate newsletters and event communications.
• Lead digital outreach for major fundraising campaigns, coordinating email, social, landing pages, and partner amplification.
• Collaborate with web and vendor teams to optimise donor journeys on the website and landing pages.
• Set data‑informed goals, report on reach, engagement, and conversion metrics, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, communications, or fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit or mission‑driven environment.
• Proven track record building or growing online individual giving or digital fundraising programs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mailchimp for email marketing and audience segmentation.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to track donor data and inform strategy.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline workflows.
• Strong social‑media management skills across major platforms.
