Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

Quikaid is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute its organic search strategy across traditional and emerging AI‑driven search experiences. The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to boost visibility, traffic, and lead generation for the firm’s legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quikaid’s overall SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, local SEO, and organic growth initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent research to uncover traffic and ranking opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, site speed, and schema markup.
• Develop tactics to capture featured snippets, People Also Ask, zero‑click searches, and AI‑driven search results.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams on SEO‑related website enhancements, campaigns, and new digital projects.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar tools.
• Stay current on algorithm updates, AI‑driven search trends, and evolving SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in technical and strategic SEO, preferably within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
