Senior Sales Manager (Hotel Sales Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in hotel sales to lead our sales initiatives in Atlanta. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building high‑performing teams and cultivating key client relationships across all market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, meeting planners and strategic partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, budgets and performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and agreements with customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance and other departments to support business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience with proven success in a hotel sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience developing relationships with senior‑level clients and decision‑makers.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Delphi and PEP.
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
