About the role

Credit Genie is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring across its fast‑growing financial‑tech platform. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping talent acquisition for engineering, product, finance, operations and more.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative advisor to hiring managers and leadership across multiple functions, guiding strategic hiring discussions.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, delivering a seamless candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Collaborate with the People team to design scalable interview loops, evaluation frameworks, and sourcing playbooks.
• Leverage data and market insights to optimize hiring processes, set realistic expectations, and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Source active and passive talent through diverse channels, including online databases, community events, employee referrals and creative outreach.
• Utilize AI‑driven tools for sourcing, personalized outreach, pipeline analysis and market research.
• Champion inclusive hiring by building proactive pipelines that reach under‑represented candidates.
• Maintain mission‑critical stakeholder relationships, providing context and aligning on hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a high‑growth organization.
• Proven ability to close top talent in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting across engineering, product, finance and business roles.
• Track record of delivering results while managing multiple hiring priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
