Senior Recruiter – Hybrid (Denver) or Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for high‑volume roles in customer support, sales, quality and manufacturing. The position is embedded with the client and can be performed in a hybrid model (three days a week in Denver) or fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple requisitions, from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source, screen and assess both active and passive candidates across a variety of functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and onsite stakeholders to define hiring needs, timelines and strategies.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Manage offer processes, negotiate within compensation guidelines and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting for customer support, sales, quality or manufacturing roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
