Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for clinical positions across the United States. The role is hybrid, based in Denver, CO, and focuses on delivering high‑quality hiring outcomes for a fast‑growing healthcare program.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding for clinical healthcare roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive hiring results.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using creative outreach methods.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines.
• Provide a trusted advisor experience to both candidates and hiring leaders.
• Coordinate interview processes, facilitate hiring decisions, and manage offer negotiations within compensation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system.
• Deliver regular recruiting updates, market intelligence, and candidate feedback to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in clinical healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, fluctuating workloads while maintaining quality.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and leadership.
• Excellent communication and candidate experience focus.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for data management.
