About the role

HavocAI is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring across technical and non‑technical functions. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to shape talent strategy, source exceptional candidates, and close critical hires in a fast‑moving, high‑ownership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering, product, mission operations, finance, legal, People, and go‑to‑market roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop descriptions, and create recruiting strategies.
• Source passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, networking, and creative outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate lifecycle: outreach, screening, interview coordination, feedback, communication, and offer negotiation.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable operating with limited structure.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Ability to pivot between searches and maintain momentum in a fast‑growing organization.
