Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

We are hiring Senior Quality Engineers to build mission‑critical software for the global life‑sciences industry. You will join Veeva’s Quality Assurance and Release Engineering team, driving functional and automated quality across complex, multi‑platform systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑platform test strategies for native mobile (iOS), Windows desktop/web, and hybrid environments.
• Create comprehensive testing documentation, including test plans, automated scripts, risk assessments, and detailed bug reports.
• Automate features and maximize regression coverage in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior Quality Engineers on QA methodologies, automation design patterns, and debugging strategies.
• Validate quality across complex, multi‑agentic modules, handling non‑deterministic edge cases.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering, development, or test automation.
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, automated testing frameworks, and short‑cycle releases.
• Hands‑on experience with mobile testing on iOS and Android, including native, hybrid, and mobile web on real devices and simulators.
• Experience with Windows application and cross‑browser testing across OS versions and hardware configurations.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux command‑line environments, SQL, and API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
