Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a founding member of our rapidly evolving Project Management team, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, high‑impact new product development programs, guiding them from concept through retail launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple large NPD programs through the Phase Gate process, managing integrated timelines, risks, and trade‑offs.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Quality and Creative teams to facilitate decisions and ensure alignment.
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks, escalating when necessary to prevent late‑stage surprises.
• Lead continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and standards to enable predictable, scalable product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience owning complex NPD programs, with a track record of delivering on time, on cost and on spec.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to influence without formal authority.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

What we offer

• Base salary US$130,000 – US$140,000 annually, plus benefits.
