Senior Project Manager

About the role

Singular Builders is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. The role is responsible for overall project performance, including budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction, working closely with leadership, field teams, clients, and consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from pre‑construction through completion, owning budget, schedule, quality, and client relationships.
• Participate in estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
• Coordinate with design teams, develop project schedules and logistics plans.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, performance, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track project costs, forecast budgets, ensure schedule adherence, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and oversee field coordination with superintendents.
• Manage project financials, review invoices, monitor profitability, and drive cost control.

Required profile

• 7–12+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects, including interiors, tenant improvements, or complex builds.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; highly organized and detail‑oriented.
