Senior Project Manager – Implementation (Ostro)

About the role

Veeva’s Ostro division is expanding its AI‑driven brand engagement platform for life‑sciences companies. As a Senior Project Manager – Implementation you will lead complex software roll‑outs from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring timely and successful launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑lifecycle software implementation projects, maintaining strict timelines and proactive risk mitigation.
• Oversee a portfolio of 10‑20 concurrent projects, handling multi‑system integrations and standard deliveries.
• Configure client applications using no‑code flow builders and perform rigorous QA testing, including annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with Implementation Consultants, Account Executives, Product Managers, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Develop SOPs, integrated template project plans, and continuously improve internal tools and discovery processes.
• Coach and mentor Associate and Project Manager‑level team members to foster growth and efficiency.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience managing 10–20 concurrent software implementations, with expertise in multi‑product roll‑outs and complex integrations.
• Proven ability to build standard SOPs and project templates that streamline the implementation lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and troubleshooting beta or newly released products.
