Senior Project Coordinator - Medical Communications

About the role

The Senior Project Coordinator supports medical communications initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical‑device clients. Working hybrid (three days onsite in Stamford), the role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on‑budget, on‑time, and on‑strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing project activities such as audience generation, database management, logistics, registration, and material production.
• Participate in start‑up meetings, maintain schedules, and provide weekly updates to Project Managers.
• Use Microsoft Access for key‑opinion‑leader management, mail merges, and report generation.
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams, clients, faculty, and participants.
• Support budget development, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of project expenses.
• Coordinate central filing, copy editing routing, and supplier performance tracking.
