Senior Product Owner – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

PsychPlus is looking for a Senior Product Owner with deep expertise in web‑based enterprise applications to own the end‑to‑end experience of its Revenue Cycle Management platform. You will drive the roadmap, execution, and continuous improvement of a system that supports patient registration, insurance configuration, claims processing, payment posting and more.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for the Revenue Cycle Management platform.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and cross‑functional execution with engineering and design.
• Translate regulatory, payer, operational and business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Partner with revenue‑cycle and operations teams to streamline workflows such as eligibility verification, prior authorization, charge capture and denial management.
• Ensure usability and accessibility for front‑office staff, billers, coders and practice managers.
• Monitor product performance and user behavior using Mixpanel, GA, Looker and feedback sessions.
• Prioritize enhancements that improve reimbursement, reduce denials, increase automation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS and payer requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product experience managing B2B SaaS or healthcare platforms at scale.
• Deep understanding of healthcare revenue‑cycle workflows, insurance and payer management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from cross‑functional teams and translate them into detailed product specifications.
• Highly organized with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in a high‑growth health‑tech company or with enterprise‑grade RCM products.
