Senior Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the end‑to‑end experience of our Revenue Cycle Management platform. The role combines deep knowledge of web‑based enterprise applications with a strong focus on healthcare revenue processes, ensuring the platform is reliable, efficient and financially optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for the Revenue Cycle Management platform.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and cross‑functional execution with engineering and design teams.
• Translate regulatory, payer, operational and business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Partner with revenue‑cycle and operations teams to streamline workflows such as patient registration, insurance configuration, eligibility verification, prior authorization, charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, denial management and patient billing.
• Ensure usability and accessibility for diverse user roles including front‑office staff, billers, coders and practice managers.
• Monitor product performance, user behavior and pain points using analytics tools and user feedback sessions.

Required profile

• Significant experience with electronic health records, revenue cycle or practice management systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, web‑based enterprise products in a healthcare environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, compliance and support teams.
• Experience working with US healthcare regulations and payer requirements is strongly preferred.
