Senior Product Marketing Manager – Service Marketing

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead market adoption and growth of Applied Global Services (AGS) service offerings. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will bridge customers, product management, engineering, sales and field teams to create and communicate service value propositions that drive equipment performance and uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption, penetration and growth of AGS service offerings across strategic accounts and market segments.
• Develop customer‑centric value propositions that demonstrate improvements in equipment performance, reliability, cost of ownership and operational excellence.
• Partner with customers and field organizations to understand fab operational challenges and identify service opportunities.
• Define commercialization strategies, market requirements and customer engagement plans for managed services and lifecycle offerings.
• Conduct Voice of Customer assessments, market analyses and installed‑base reviews to uncover growth opportunities.
• Create business cases, ROI/TCO analyses and executive presentations to support service adoption decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, physics, chemical or electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process or equipment engineering, technical marketing or service business development.
• Strong understanding of wafer fab operations, equipment lifecycle management and semiconductor process technologies such as Etch and Deposition.
• Proven ability to engage and influence engineers, maintenance organizations, fab leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience developing value propositions, business cases and commercialization strategies.
