Associate Marketing Manager – MONARCH Platform

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support the MONARCH™ Urology Platform. Based in Santa Clara, CA, you will help drive customer engagements, congresses, and launch activities for a cutting‑edge robotic technology.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing and commercial events, congresses, customer visits, and engagement programs.
• Manage event logistics, agency partners, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Support HCP customer engagement activities, including contracts, NDAs, travel, and compliance documentation.
• Provide project management support across marketing initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of four years in healthcare commercial roles such as marketing, sales operations, or training.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
