Senior Product Manager - Shoulder iD (Hybrid)

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives for its Shoulder iD portfolio. The role blends clinical insight with marketing expertise to build go-to-market strategies, manage cross-functional projects and deliver value to surgeons and patients. It is a hybrid position based in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, product launches and portfolio growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Build customer insights on needs, buying behavior, satisfaction trends and value drivers.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing Communications and Marketing Intelligence on sales tools, communication strategies and customer insights.
• Support product lifecycle management through pricing analysis, obsolescence planning, business case development and clinical evidence generation.
• Monitor business performance via KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Translate clinical and technical knowledge into clear value propositions for customers and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by setting team goals and strengthening product performance and commercial success.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing or medical device sales.
• Preferred: graduate degree (MS, MBA), medical device experience and product launch experience.

What we offer

• Pay range of $107,700 - $179,600 USD annually (US pay scale).
• 40% travel.
• Hybrid work arrangement.
