Senior Product Manager, Monetization

About the role

Rechat is building an AI‑native operating system for real estate agents. As Senior Product Manager, Monetization you will create a self‑serve acquisition and upgrade experience that lets agents discover, sign up, and become paying customers without direct sales interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the touchless signup flow, trial mechanics, and conversion path from interest to paid account.
• Define and implement checkout, billing, and upgrade experiences, including failed‑payment recovery.
• Develop in‑product upgrade prompts, seat‑to‑paid conversion, and proactive outreach triggers.
• Build branded acquisition experiences and brand‑aware onboarding for brokerages.
• Drive activation and time‑to‑value by removing friction in the onboarding steps.
• Own pricing, packaging, and experimentation programs to optimize revenue per agent.

Required profile

• At least two years of ownership of a conversion or monetization metric as primary KPI.
• Experience launching or rebuilding self‑serve signup and checkout flows with trial and payment handling.
• Proven track record shipping live monetization surfaces (paywalls, upgrade prompts, plan comparison pages).
• Background running pricing or packaging changes on an existing customer base.
• Experience creating reactivation or lifecycle programs that convert dormant users.

Required skills

• Product analytics and funnel instrumentation.
• A/B testing and experimentation design.
• Understanding of pricing strategy and revenue optimization.
