Senior Product Manager – MedTech Vault CRM

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the MedTech vision within the Vault CRM suite. You will shape the product roadmap for medical device and diagnostic companies, ensuring the core platform—including AI agents, mobile offline capabilities and data architecture—meets their specialized needs. This role partners with the broader Vault CRM product team and acts as the MedTech subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the MedTech roadmap, delivering functionality specific to MedTech sales processes.
• Collaborate with the wider Vault CRM product organization to integrate MedTech features into the core platform.
• Represent the product team at MedTech events, sharing vision and gathering market intelligence.
• Translate MedTech sales nuances into detailed technical specifications.
• Partner with the AI product team to build intelligent agents that help reps use CRM efficiently.
• Guide features from concept through design, global release and customer adoption with UX, engineering, QA and services teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software product management experience launching enterprise‑grade SaaS products.
• Proven ability to influence multiple product teams and drive shared goals in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
• Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs and leading agile engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate MedTech commercial language for developers and executives.

Required skills

• Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience delivering configurable enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Prior exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.
• Background in software development or computer science.
• Understanding of MedTech industry workflows.
