Senior Product Manager

About the role

ClickUp is building an AI‑native, converged workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search. As a Senior Product Manager you will own a meaningful product surface, decide what to build, prototype quickly with AI tools, and deliver working solutions in days rather than weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a defined product area, balancing short‑term wins with long‑term investments.
• Run continuous discovery, using AI agents to monitor and synthesize customer signals.
• Write clear PRDs and specs that enable engineering and design to move fast without ambiguity.
• Define success metrics before building, track them after launch, and iterate based on outcomes.
• Prototype ideas using Cursor, Claude Code, and the Prototype Playground to show concepts before filing tickets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams without needing micromanagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment with end‑to‑end ownership of a product area.
• Proven track record of shipping features from concept through launch and iterating based on data.
• Strong prioritization instincts and the ability to say no when necessary.
• High customer empathy and the skill to distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
• Comfortable working with data, defining metrics, querying dashboards, and making data‑driven arguments.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced design tools like Figma AI.
• Experience using MCP integrations and browser automation for testing and QA.
