Senior Product Manager

About the role

BridgeHealthAI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help translate complex healthcare operations into simple, scalable products. You will work directly with health center executives, frontline staff, engineers, and founders to uncover pain points, define solutions, and drive products from discovery through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle for high‑value workflows, from customer discovery to measurement and iteration.
• Lead hands‑on product conversations with healthcare executives, operational leaders, and frontline staff.
• Co‑design solutions with customers, map existing workflows, and translate operational problems into product requirements.
• Write clear product specifications, collaborate closely with engineering, and test ideas with users.
• Maintain close post‑launch engagement to ensure solutions deliver expected outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health‑tech.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers and translate feedback into product direction.
• Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast‑moving, seed‑stage environment.
