Senior Product Manager

About the role

PactFi is building a secure, end‑to‑end platform for private credit transactions. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core product surface from strategy through discovery, delivery, and post‑launch optimization. This is a hands‑on role focused on commercial outcomes and user‑centric development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive commercial metrics such as adoption, revenue, and margin for the product surface.
• Conduct structured discovery with users, validate problems, and prioritize based on evidence.
• Own the product lifecycle after launch, using usage data and feedback loops to iterate.
• Collaborate with go‑to‑market teams on positioning and launch readiness.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, business development, and enablement to ship outcomes.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the product and the product management process.
• Set product‑craft standards for the broader team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes for a product area.
• Experience running structured discovery rather than just backlog prioritization.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, early‑stage environments without pre‑built processes.
• Fluency in applied AI as both a product feature and a work tool.
• Ability to thrive in regulated, data‑sensitive, workflow‑heavy settings where auditability is mandatory.
• Based in New York and able to work on‑site.
