Senior Product Manager – Insurance Regulatory Filings

About the role

The Senior Product Manager leads regulatory engagement and end‑to‑end insurance model filing activities, building strong relationships with Departments of Insurance and coordinating with product, analytics, legal, compliance, carriers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with Departments of Insurance, coordinating model socialization and filing processes.
• Attend NAIC meetings and conferences to strengthen regulator relationships.
• Lead the model filing process, ensuring consistent, complete, and accurate filing materials and managing objections and responses.
• Serve on the internal data and model governance committee, monitoring model governance and emerging DOI expectations.
• Review new and proposed models for state‑specific issues and develop supportable responses.
• Train internal product managers on filing best practices and manage content within the AI Filings Navigator.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance model filing processes, SERFF submissions, and Department of Insurance requirements.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with regulators, carriers, legal, and compliance teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer

• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite in Alpharetta, GA).
• Base salary range $104,900 – $174,700 per year, plus annual incentive bonus.
