Senior Product Manager – AML Solutions

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap definition, and market innovation for its RiskNarrative AML platform. The role blends product management expertise with deep AML domain knowledge to help financial institutions detect suspicious activity and meet regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap based on regulatory developments, industry trends, customer feedback and competitive analysis.
• Gather data from customers, market and revenue sources to create effective solutions and prioritize feature development.
• Write high‑quality functional specifications and user workflow documentation.
• Lead product demos for stakeholders, coordinate go‑to‑market launch plans and work closely with development, testing and data integration teams.

Required profile

• Strong product management expertise, including strategy, roadmap development and commercial execution.
• Hands‑on experience in financial crime compliance and AML, with a solid understanding of monitoring programs and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of working in Agile Scrum environments and driving hypothesis‑driven product evaluation.

Required skills

• Understanding of REST, JSON and XML technical formats.
• Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven analysis.
