Senior Product Manager II – Bankers Almanac

About the role

The Senior Product Manager II will drive the next generation of Bankers Almanac products, shaping strategy, roadmap and execution. You will work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to translate complex challenges into data‑driven, user‑centered solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies that support revenue growth, customer satisfaction and long‑term objectives.
• Lead customer discovery activities such as interviews, workflow analysis and usability testing to inform product direction.
• Partner with engineering, design, data and business teams to prioritize and deliver high‑impact product capabilities.
• Manage cross‑functional planning, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, retention and business performance, using data to guide future investments.
• Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and customers, communicating vision, progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in product management or a related product leadership role.
• Proven success leading customer‑centered discovery efforts (interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, Voice of Customer programs).
• Strong understanding of user‑experience principles and product design, with the ability to translate insights into intuitive solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to balance customer value, commercial opportunity, technical feasibility and strategic goals.
