Senior Product Manager – Financial Crime Solutions

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap definition, and market innovation for its RiskNarrative AML platform. The role blends product management expertise with deep AML domain knowledge to help financial institutions detect suspicious activity and meet regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap based on regulatory developments, industry trends, customer feedback and competitive analysis.
• Gather data from multiple sources to create effective solutions to business problems and strategic issues.
• Interact regularly with customers to understand AML use cases and translate them into product features.
• Write high‑quality functional specifications and lead demos for key stakeholders.
• Partner with development, testing and data‑integration teams to deliver seamless technology experiences.

Required profile

• Strong product management expertise, including strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery and commercial execution.
• Hands‑on experience in financial crime compliance and AML, working directly with enterprise customers.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and break them into scalable product solutions.
• Self‑motivated, able to handle multiple work streams and thrive in a fast‑paced, Agile Scrum environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of REST, JSON and XML technical formats.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of hypothesis‑driven product evaluation, including A/B testing.

• Base salary range $104,900 – $174,700 per year (visible).
