Senior Product Manager – ELM Practice Management

About the role

Litify is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) Practice Management product. You will shape the vision and growth of a platform that helps corporate legal departments collaborate, manage matters, and automate non‑financial workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long‑term product vision and roadmap for ELM Practice Management.
• Prioritize features for annual and quarterly releases, balancing market demand and strategic goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform product strategy.
• Write detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and create tickets for engineering and UX teams.
• Partner with engineering to ensure timely delivery that meets specifications.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert and voice of the customer, representing Litify in client meetings, demos, and pitches.
• Lead AI‑related initiatives that enhance the product’s capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager in SaaS or enterprise software, preferably in legal tech or related domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Visionary leadership style, comfortable driving innovative, growth‑focused projects.
