Senior Product Manager – Electrophysiology

About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Electrophysiology, will develop and execute market‑driven portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth, customer value and innovation within image‑guided therapy. The role translates clinical trends and market insights into differentiated solutions for electrophysiology customers while collaborating across global and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into product requirements, value propositions, and commercial programs.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams, coordinate global and regional stakeholders, and manage risks.
• Engage external organizations and industry stakeholders to advance customer value and business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product or portfolio management, clinical marketing, strategy, or business development within healthcare technology.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and strategic thinking with ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in business, engineering, biomedical or clinical science.
