Senior Product Manager – Core

About the role

Coinflow is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high‑impact initiatives across its risk, compliance, and vendor onboarding infrastructure. Based in Chicago, you will partner with engineering, data, operations, and compliance teams to build tools that accelerate internal workflows, improve decision‑making, and strengthen the platform’s defensibility.

Key responsibilities

• Own internal tooling for risk and compliance, identifying gaps and delivering faster, more accurate systems.
• Translate ambiguous, manual processes into structured, scalable product solutions.
• Develop case‑management, onboarding flows, decisioning logic, and fraud‑reporting interfaces.
• Lead global payments vendor procurement, evaluate providers, manage MSA/legal review, and maintain post‑onboarding relationships.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to turn complex operational requirements into shippable features.
• Contribute across the broader product organization, expanding into pay‑in, payout, and orchestration work as you ramp.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex product areas in fintech or payments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive decisions using data.
• Comfort operating in high‑ambiguity environments with limited structure.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional stakeholders.
